Navigating Conflict for Teenagers
Dealing with conflict can be a tricky task at any point in our lives, but particularly so for young people.
Navigating Conflict for Teenagers is a workshop that enables students to understand conflict, their emotions, and how to build good relationships. It offers students a tool-kit of communication and resolution strategies to use in difficult situations, helping them connect to themselves and others in healthier, more constructive ways.
“Amazing engagement with a workshop on conflict resolution with @rooted_resolutions this week, learning about the roots of conflict and how to work through it in a postive manner.”

"Yeah today's workshop was genuinely amazing, when I first saw what it was I thought we’d just sit in a circle and tell each other things we don’t like but I genuinely found it helpful. Sorcha was absolutely lovely, she’s one of the sweetest people I’d ever met and she really made me feel comfortable to talk to everyone in the room. She taught me a lot of things that were really eye opening, I don’t feel as alienated about my opinions on conflict and my feelings when I’m angry, and I definitely am going to use the information she gave us to better my understanding of my feelings and others."

“I really enjoyed the workshop as it wasn't just purely about conflict in one specific area, but all around in different aspects of life and how we can deal and learn from it. We were thought that anger has a deeper meaning and there is always fear behind it, this helped me greatly as im sure it did for my classmates. I think Sorcha's workshop was amazing and I believe it would immensely help TY students in the future."
